Our recently renovated Wellness Clinic is conveniently situated in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley, precisely at the intersection of 4500 South and 700 East. You’ll find us on the second floor of the expansive Rocky Mountain Eye Care Building, distinguished by its large brown brick structure. When you arrive, kindly use the entrance on the south side of the building and make your way upstairs to the back right corner, where you’ll find our welcoming suite, 201.
